Microland Limited is seeking a skilled consultant to reinforce network monitoring and IT operations. The role emphasizes practical knowledge of networking concepts, OS administration, and basic database monitoring.

It involves implementing monitoring solutions and coordinating with ITSM tools for incident handling and performance management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Windows and Linux, familiarity with SNMP/WMI/WINRM, and the ability to troubleshoot diverse IT

Qualifikationen

• Should possess good knowledge and sound understanding of networking concepts.
• Should be able to understand / Explain scenarios, have working knowledge and be able to trouble shoot all network protocols.
• Understand Routers, Switches, Firewalls and various NW products.
• Should possess hands on experience on Windows, Linux OS.
• Should be able to understand various OS components and its functionality.
• Should be able to troubleshoot issues with various processes
• Understanding of virtualization
• Intermediate skills sets on MSSQL/MYSQL database.
• Write and execute basic SQL queries.
• Tool - Generic . Experience in setting up monitoring tools.
• Prior experience on any one Enterprise level tools like BMC Patrol, Nagios, Zenoss.
• Setting up parameters, thresholds, action profiles.
• Experience with integration with ITSM tools.
• Monitoring using, SNMP, WMI and WINRM
• Understand the distributed architecture of monitoring solution.
• Understand and configure NW, Server, Website, Database monitoring.
• Knowledge on reporting features
