Responsibilities

• Maintain overall responsibility for technical resolutions as per the customer standards/requirements to ensure the success of the project
• Understand that the essential importance of business and technical processes is interrelated for project success
• Daily activities include but not limited to: Understand customer requirements from BA and seek clarifications
• Ownership for resolution of Incidents, minor and standard changes for the respective technology tower
• Update PM on issues/roadblocks in adhering to the timelines for tasks allocated
• All development should comply Salesforce.com recommended standards and avoid creating duplicate Fields, Objects, Validation, or any Configurations etc.
• Attend meetings set up by PM and update the status of tasks allocated

Experience Cloud needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related SFDC Experience; Experience Cloud needed
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Sales or Service Cloud Certification Mandatory - Experience Cloud needed
