4flow Bangalore is seeking a data science leader to head the local Data Science team, collaborating with global counterparts to drive AI and data science solutions. The role emphasizes technical leadership, strategic direction across customer projects and internal initiatives, and fostering innovation within a multicultural, globally distributed team.

The position requires mentoring, guiding projects that impact product capabilities, and partnering with product, engineering, and business teams

Responsibilities

• Guide, mentor, and manage team members to support professional development and maintain high performance standards
• Take ownership of data science and AI projects that drive business outcomes and enhance product capabilities
• Design and optimize algorithms, heuristics, and machine learning models to solve real-world problems

• Lead projects that collect, process, and analyze large datasets to uncover insights and enable data-driven decisions
• Develop and implement algorithms, heuristics, machine learning models, and generative AI solutions
