Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Oracle Utilities Functional Consultant in Gurugram to lead the functional design and implementation of Oracle Utilities solutions, including CC&B, WACS and C2M. You will work closely with clients to define business processes and ensure successful deployment of these solutions, with a focus on Billing and Rates.

• Develop comprehensive functional designs and ensure alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
• Configuration of Oracle Utilities products, ensuring integration with existing systems.
• Act as the main functional point of contact for clients, managing expectations and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Provide leadership during testing, go-live, and post-implementation support phases.
• Expert-level knowledge of utilities business processes and Oracle Utilities products.
• Proven track record of leading functional design and implementation for CC&B, MDM, WAM, WACS, and C2M - Credit & Collections
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and expectations.
• Ability to mentor junior consultants and ensure the delivery of high-quality functional documentation.
