Job summary

Kairos Technologies in Hyderabad, India, is seeking an experienced backend developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Core Java, Spring Boot and a microservices architecture.

You will build scalable RESTful APIs, work with Kafka and Oracle Database, collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices, and mentor junior developers.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Design and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
• Develop and optimize complex database objects, SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning using Oracle Database.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Ensure application scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD implementation, automated testing, and DevOps best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to the team
