Job summary

Infosys is seeking a skilled Java full-stack/ backend professional in Pune to design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications. You will work on Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA for backend services, while frontend involves HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Angular/React/Vue.

You will build RESTful APIs, manage microservices, and ensure performance and security across the stack. Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD is essential for success at Infosys in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift for deployment, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes concepts including pods, deployments, services, ingress/routes, config maps, secrets, and namespaces.
• Experience with Docker, container images, and container registries (e.g., Nexus).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, and version control systems.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
