Job summary

EPAM Systems India Pvt Ltd in Coimbatore is seeking a Senior Java Engineer – AI Native to design and deliver scalable Java applications using Spring Boot and microservices, while embedding AI-native practices across the lifecycle.

You will build MCP-enabled pipelines, integrate with Jira/Confluence/GitHub, and mentor junior engineers. Strong Java, cloud, containers, and AI tooling are required; 3 days at office weekly.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on Java development experience in production environments.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring MVC and Spring Security REST APIs.
• Experience with microservices and event-driven patterns (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• Cloud knowledge (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker and Kubernetes containerization.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases; CI/CD pipelines and DevOps.
