Job summary

Ascendion in Mumbai is seeking a Java Developer to design and implement enterprise applications using Core Java and J2EE, with Spring and microservices expertise. You will work on Oracle SQL, ORM concepts, RESTful services, XML/Web Services, and UI development using JSP/Servlets.

Familiarity with React.js and cloud is a plus, with emphasis on code quality. You will collaborate across teams, document designs with UML, and use Maven/ANT and Git to manage builds and sources.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE and design patterns.
• Experience with Spring, ORM (Hibernate/iBatis) and SQL on Oracle.
• Familiarity with XML/Web Services and UI development.
• Knowledge of REST services, JSP/Servlets, React.js and cloud technologies is a plus.
• Experience with build tools and source control.
