Job summary

Mintoak in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Java engineer to design and implement scalable web applications. You will collaborate with UI designers, business users and fellow engineers to translate requirements into robust APIs and services.

You will work with Docker and Kubernetes, manage MySQL databases, and ensure security, performance and code quality. The role requires 5+ years of hands‑on development, Agile practices and strong communication.

Qualifications

Job description

• Design overall architecture of the web application.

Technical Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of development experience
• Proficient in JAVA with Spring Boot framework
• Proficient using relational databases such as MySQL
• Experience with cloud message APIs, REST APIs and usage of push notifications
• Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial or SVN
• Good understanding of collaboration tools.
• Should be comfortable with Agile methodology and using Agile tools
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills
