• Should have the capability to understand requirements and convert to design and provide pass the same seamlessly to the team who is working on the same.
• Strong knowledge of Java Concepts,SQL, Multithreading, Microservices, Springboot and Hibernate.
• Strong hands on experience on concepts such as Multithreading, API integration etc.
• Good to have UI technologies knowledge (HTML,CSS,JavaScript).

Good-to-Have

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written communication, oral communication and listening skills
• Should come up with the work estimation and should provide inputs to managers on resource and risk planning.
• Docker for application containerization and Kubernetes for container orchestration
• Implementing & managing CI/CD pipelines using Maven to automate builds, tests & deployments for faster & more reliable delivery cycles.
