Job summary

Kairos Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer to lead backend design and implementation. You will craft scalable microservices, build RESTful APIs, and work across cloud platforms. The role demands 10–16 years of hands-on Java experience, strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, and a disciplined approach to CI/CD and Agile practices.

5 days a week on site, with opportunities to optimize systems and mentor peers in a fast-paced development environment.

Qualifications

• Strong 10+ years of Java experience with Spring Boot.
• Expert in RESTful APIs, Web Services and microservices.
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Solid knowledge of databases, CI/CD and Agile processes.
• Proven problem-solving and debugging skills including Kafka, MongoDB and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust backend services in Java.
• Develop scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product owners.
