Qualifications

• 6–9 years in test automation.
• Strong Java with OOP fundamentals.
• Experience building scalable automation frameworks with Selenium.
• API test automation for REST and SOAP.
• Knowledge of design patterns such as Singleton, Factory, Decorator.
• Familiarity with Page Object Model / Page Factory.
• CI/CD & DevOps workflows via Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with AI-driven testing and LLM tools.

• Architect, build, improve, and maintain scalable Java-based test automation frameworks.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of hands-on experience in test automation
• Strong command of Java with Object-Oriented Programming fundamentals including classes, objects, inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, and abstraction
• Deep expertise in building scalable test automation frameworks and using Selenium
• Proven ability in API test automation for REST and SOAP services, including validation of XML and JSON payloads
• Solid knowledge of software design patterns such as Singleton, Factory, and Decorator
• Practical familiarity with Page Object Model and Page Factory approaches
• Background integrating CI/CD and DevOps workflows using Jenkins and GitHub Actions, including static code analysis and quality gate implementation
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Cursor
• Strong grasp of prompt engineering, context window management, and tokenization
• Working knowledge of model selection approaches, embeddings, and vector databases for semantic search use cases
• Ability to design and build AI agents and AI-assisted engineering solutions using OpenAI Assistants, GitHub Copilot, and Claude
• Understanding of similarity search techniques and retrieval mechanisms

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic workflows and collaborative multi-agent systems for end-to-end testing, automated reporting, and workflow coordination
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures and integrating LLMs with enterprise knowledge sources
• Understanding of Model Context Protocol concepts and related frameworks
• Knowledge of Attention Mechanisms and Transformer-based model design
