Job summary

Tech Vedika is seeking a highly experienced Java Architect to design and develop enterprise-grade applications. You will lead the architecture, drive microservices with Java and Spring Boot, and mentor teams while steering cloud initiatives on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of hands-on Java experience, strong PostgreSQL and Redis skills, and a solid background in CI/CD and Agile practices. This role is based in Hyderabad with on-site work expectations.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Java Architect with 10–15 years of hands‑on experience in designing and developing enterprise‑grade applications. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Java technologies, Microservices, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with a proven track record of architecting scalable and resilient systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, high‑performing, and secure Java‑based applications.
• Define architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices for enterprise applications.
• Lead the design and development of Microservices‑based solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Drive cloud adoption initiatives and architect solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL.
• Implement distributed caching mechanisms using Redis.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and conduct architecture and code reviews.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security across the platform.
• Support CI/CD implementation and promote DevOps best practices.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Java application development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Strong knowledge of Open Source frameworks and tools.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies.
