Job summary

onsemi seeks a Senior Saviynt Engineer to lead IAM implementation and governance. You will configure Saviynt EIC, design RBAC, and integrate with Entra ID and AD while automating provisioning and reviews. The role emphasizes SOX compliance and audit readiness in a global enterprise.

You will leverage AI capabilities for intelligent access reviews and agentic governance, collaborating with security, apps, and infra teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 8+ years IT experience with 3+ years Saviynt EIC/IGA implementation.
• Experience with Saviynt IGA modules and AI capabilities.
• REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect proficiency.
• Strong scripting: SQL, REST API, PowerShell, XML, JavaBean.
• Experience with PAM systems and security controls.
• Familiarity with AD and RedHat Directory Service.
• Cloud experience: AWS/Azure IAM integrations.
• Hands-on with JML, Access Certifications, SoD, RBAC, Role Engineering.
• Workflow automation, provisioning, onboarding experience.
• ISPM and Agentic Identity Governance modules experience.
• AI agent governance across platforms (Microsoft, etc.).
• SOX/audit/compliance understanding; strong English.
• Nice to have: CISSP/CISM/CISA certs; outsourcing partner experience.

onsemi is seeking a skilled Saviynt Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team within the corporate Enterprise Cybersecurity Services (ECS) group. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing support of Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions that protect onsemi's identities, applications, and data.

You will partner closely with security, application, infrastructure, and business teams to automate identity lifecycle processes, strengthen access governance, and support enterprise compliance requirements including SOX and audit readiness. This role also focuses on leveraging Saviynt's latest AI-powered capabilities to drive efficiency across existing processes and elevate the overall user experience. This is a hands‑on engineering role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings an "automate everything" mindset to modern identity security.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC), including Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), Access Requests, Certifications, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Design and maintain role‑based access controls (RBAC), role engineering, and access governance policies.
• Integrate Saviynt with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, HR systems, and enterprise applications like Oracle Fusion cloud etc. using REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Develop automation solutions using SQL, PowerShell, Python, and APIs to streamline provisioning, deprovisioning, and access review processes.
• Troubleshoot identity and access management issues, perform root cause analysis, and support platform enhancements.
• Support audits and compliance initiatives by providing access to governance controls, certification evidence, and reporting.
• Analyze business requirements, design and deploy application integrations with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tool.
• Design, implement and maintain business approval and fulfillment workflows, access reviews, and reports for applications.
• Build, Operate and Enhance Privileged Access Management (PAM) system, propose enhancements to improve privileged accounts protection.
• Lead Enterprise Cybersecurity projects and provide expertise as appropriate to projects led by others.
• Hands‑on experience with Saviynt's latest modules, including Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) and Agentic Identity Governance for human, non‑human, and AI agent identities.
• Design and implement Saviynt processes using its AI capabilities (intelligent recommendations, AI‑driven access reviews, Savi Copilot) to improve efficiency of existing processes and enhance user experience.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or closely related field
• 8+ years of overall experience in the IT industry, 3+ years of Saviynt EIC/IGA implementation and administration experience
• Experience with all Saviynt IGA modules and experience with implementing platform’s AI capabilities
• Technical expertise in the following areas: authentication and authorization, identity and access management, access governance, privileged accounts management
• Proficiency with REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
• Strong scripting skills (SQL, REST API, PowerShell, XML, JavaBean, or similar) are required
• Experience with PAM systems, and security controls
• Familiarity with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, RedHat Directory Service).
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS and Azure) and integrating IAM solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with JML, Access Certifications, SoD, RBAC, and Role Engineering
• Experience with workflow automation, provisioning, and application onboarding
• Hands‑on experience with Saviynt’s latest modules, including Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) and Agentic Identity Governance for human, non‑human, and AI agent identities.
• Experience governing AI agents and non‑human identities across platforms such as Microsoft etc.
• Understanding of SOX, audit, compliance, and access governance controls
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills in English are required

Nice to Have:

• Hands‑on experience managing or working closely with outsourcing partners and service providers
• Comfortable in large, global environments, familiar with complex business processes and working with teams across various regions
• Certification in information technology or information security (CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.)
• Saviynt certifications like Saviynt Certified IGA Professional and Saviynt Certified Engineer are preferred
