For an international project in Chennai, we are urgently looking for a Full Remote Senior IT Business Analyst with +8 years of experience in BI, Data, and Reporting projects.

We are seeking a motivated contractor. Candidates must be fluent in English.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering, Elicitation, and Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and document clear, concise business requirements.
2. Business Requirements Document (BRD): Create a comprehensive document capturing all business requirements for the project.
3. Process Flow Diagrams/Modeling & Mapping: Develop visual representations of current and future state processes, e.g., using BPMN, UML.
4. Use Case / User Stories: Write detailed use cases or user stories for development and testing.
5. Functional Specifications: Prepare detailed documents describing the required functionalities.
6. Gap Analysis & Impact Assessment: Identify solution or requirement gaps for business needs.
7. Stakeholder Mapping & Communication Plan: Identify key stakeholders and outline communication strategies; coordinate with business and IT teams.
8. Solution Assessment & Validation: Evaluate solutions to ensure they meet business needs; document test cases aligned with requirements.
9. Change Management Support: Assist stakeholders in adapting to new processes and technologies.
10. Risk and Issue Logs: Maintain updates on risks and issues, including mitigation strategies.
