Job summary

BlinkRx LLC is seeking a Senior IT Applications Engineer to manage and optimize IT applications, ensuring seamless integrations, automation, and workflow improvements. The role focuses on Okta Workflows, SSO, SCIM, and API integrations while handling IAM, RBAC, and cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate will administer key tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Jira/Confluence, Zoom, and AzureAD, and participate in onboarding/offboarding automation and audits, including HIPAA and PCI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience administering IT applications.
• Expertise in Okta, Intune, JAMF, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Zoom, and AzureAD.
• Strong experience in Identity and Access Management and RBAC.
• Proven experience automating processes and integrating IT applications.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Applications Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our IT applications, ensuring seamless integration, automation, and workflow improvements.

Core focus:

• Okta Workflows, SSO, SCIM and API integrations
• IAM and enterprise IT applications
• Automating manual processes with reliable workflows and scripts
• Connecting SaaS platforms such as Slack, Google Drive, DocuSign and PagerDuty

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimize core IT applications including Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, and Zoom.
• Implement and maintain integrations, automations, and workflows across IT applications.
• Support and improve automated onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage identity and access across IT applications, including role-based access control (RBAC).
• Conduct periodic user and admin access reviews and participate in HIPAA and PCI audits.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support to the IT Helpdesk and resolve complex issues independently.
