Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day studio and experience-centre operations.
• Conduct client consultations to capture design requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop concepts, layouts, material palettes, finishes and modular kitchen solutions.
• Prepare and present 2D/3D designs, specifications, material samples and estimates.
• Handle HNI/UHNI customers and deliver a premium client experience.
• Convert studio walk-ins, referrals and enquires into confirmed projects.
• Coordinate with design, sales, estimation, production and execution teams.

We are hiring a Senior Interior Designer for a premium interior design and modular solutions company in Bengaluru.

Our client specialises in premium residential and commercial interiors, modular kitchens, customised furniture and end-to-end project execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical design capabilities, experience handling premium clients, and a proven track record of converting enquiries into high-value interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day studio and experience-centre operations.
• Conduct client consultations and understand design requirements, budgets and timelines.
• Develop concepts, layouts, material palettes, finishes and modular kitchen solutions.
• Prepare and present 2D/3D designs, specifications, material samples and estimates.
• Handle HNI/UHNI customers and deliver a premium client experience.
• Convert studio walk-ins, referrals and qualified enquiries into confirmed projects.
• Manage follow-ups, objections, negotiations and deal closures.
• Handle premium interior projects starting at 40 lakh; exposure to 1 crore+ projects is preferred.
• Coordinate with design, sales, estimation, production, vendors and execution teams.
• Track enquiry pipelines, proposals, conversion status and revenue forecasts.

Educational Qualification
