Job summary

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to own projects end-to-end—from initial client interaction to final design closure—and to combine design expertise, customer empathy, and business ownership to deliver functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces.

You will translate client requirements into space plans, present concepts to clients, and ensure a seamless customer experience while managing project pipelines and targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or B.Arch, or a diploma with relevant residential experience.
• Minimum 3 years in residential interior design.
• Experience with modular interiors and space planning.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software.
• Strong client-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ownership mindset with ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will own projects end-to-end—from the first client interaction to final design closure. You will combine design expertise, customer empathy, and business ownership to create functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, B.Arch, or an equivalent qualification.
• Alternatively, a 2–3 year Diploma in Interior Design with relevant residential interior design experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential interior design.
• Strong experience in modular interiors and space planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Experience working in client-facing or design-and-build environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience using AutoCAD.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, design consultation, or client conversion.
