About the Role

As an Interior Designer, you should have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create modular designs based on conversations with a client. You should be confident communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust your approach based on feedback. You should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends to provide the best ideas for renovation clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales funnel and drive sales closure.
• Own the customer experience during a project.
• Lead and own the quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
• Own an end-to-end project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience: 1 year as an Interior Designer.
• Led and delivered minimum 2 to 4 residential modular KWS projects and renovation projects.
• Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT, AutoCAD.
• Technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation).
• Civil works and services (specifications and installation details).
• Project expertise in creating BOQ for customers, coordinating with internal and external agencies.
• Sales closure expertise with a logical and trusted sales pitch; able to drive and lead design meetings with customers.
• Behavioral attributes: results-oriented, teamwork, integrity and ethics, crisp and meaningful communication.
• Willingness to learn and the ability to drive performance among independent team members.
