Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in residential interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and a rendering tool such as V-Ray, Enscape or 3ds Max.
• Strong knowledge of materials, modular furniture, finishes and site execution.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements, lifestyle and budget, and turn them into design concepts.
• Prepare space plans, layouts, 3D views and presentations for client approval.
• Develop detailed working drawings, including furniture, false ceiling, electrical and civil layouts.
• Select materials, finishes, colours, lighting and furnishings that fit the budget and brief.
• Prepare accurate quotations and BOQs in coordination with the estimation team.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, project managers and vendors to ensure correct execution.
• Conduct site visits to check quality, finishes and timelines.
• Handle client meetings, presentations and revisions professionally.
• Guide and review the work of junior designers.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials and new products.
