Job summary

Kushi Consultancy in India is seeking a Senior Instrumentation Design Engineer / I&C Engineer for a leading EPC client. The role involves instrumentation, control and automation engineering across projects.

Responsibilities include detailed engineering, instrument indexing, I/O lists and datasheet preparation, plus selection and specification of valves, analyzers, gas detection and belt weighing systems. Requires 10+ years of experience and familiarity with IEC/ISA/IS/NEC standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of instrumentation/I&C/automation engineering experience.
• Experience in steel plants, mining, CHP, RMHS, ports or bulk material handling is a plus.
• Knowledge of IEC/ISA/IS/NEC standards.

• Basic & Detailed Engineering of Instrumentation, Control & Automation systems.
• Prepare Instrument Index, I/O List, I/O Calculations, Datasheets, Specifications, Control Philosophy & FDS.
• Engineering of Pressure, Flow, Level & Temperature Instruments.
• Selection/specification of Control Valves, On-Off Valves, Analyzers, Gas Detection & Belt Weighing Systems.
