Job summary

Colruyt Group India is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with 10–14 years of experience to manage, automate, and secure hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure. The role requires expertise in Linux/Windows, containerization, IAM, and automation to support mission-critical industrial applications throughout their lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will lead container orchestration with Kubernetes (K3S), design CI/CD pipelines, and drive security, DR drills, and ITIL-aligned processes

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of experience in Linux, Windows, VMware, Cloud, and Automation.
• Hands-on Ansible, Python, Bash/PowerShell, and Git-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong Kubernetes (K3S), Helm, Docker, and Podman in production.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or OCI.
• IAM platforms: LDAP, FreeIPA, Keycloak, Microsoft Entra ID, and SSO integration.
• ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise server environments and infrastructure with high availability.
• Design, build, and maintain Helm charts and containerized workloads; lead Docker/Podman Kubernetes migrations.
• Integrate applications with central identity providers using Keycloak for SSO.
• Develop automation and health-check workflows using Ansible, Python, and Bash.
• Own CI/CD pipeline design, deployment automation, and GitLab administration.
• Drive vulnerability remediation, patching, and security compliance.
• Lead disaster recovery drills, environment migrations, and deployments.
• Provide L2/L3 incident, problem, and change management per ITIL.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on server delivery and patching.
• Support onboarding of new applications and technology evaluations to improve scalability.
• Manage SSL certificate lifecycle and monitoring across the environment.

RoleSummary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineerwith 10–14 years of experience to manage, automate, and secure enterpriseinfrastructure across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. The idealcandidate brings deep expertise in Linux/Windows administration,containerization and orchestration, identity & access management, andinfrastructure automation, along with a track record of supportingmission-critical industrial and enterprise applications through their fulloperational lifecycle.

KeyResponsibilities

• Manage andsupport enterprise server environments and industrial/applicationinfrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Design,build, and maintain Helm charts and containerized workloads; lead Docker/Podmanto Kubernetes (K3S) migrations and orchestration.

• Leaddisaster recovery (DR) drills, environment migrations, and release/changedeployment activities.
• ProvideL2/L3 incident, problem, and change management support following ITIL-alignedprocesses.
• Coordinatewith cross-functional infrastructure, application, and vendor teams on serverdelivery, patching, and network segmentation.
• Supportonboarding of new applications, POCs, and technology evaluations to enhanceplatform scalability and operational efficiency.
• Manage SSLcertificate lifecycle and monitoring/alerting configuration across theenvironment.

RequiredSkills & Experience

• 10–14 yearsof experience in Linux, Windows, VMware, Cloud, and Automation technologies.
• Hands-onexpertise in Ansible, Python, Bash/PowerShell scripting, and Git-based CI/CDpipelines.
• Strongexperience with Kubernetes (K3S), Helm, Docker, and Podman in productionenvironments.
• Workingknowledge of AWS, Azure, and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Experiencewith identity and access management platforms: LDAP, FreeIPA, Keycloak,Microsoft Entra ID, and SSO integration.
• Solidunderstanding of ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management practices.
