Rocket India in Chennai/Bangalore is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to monitor security alerts, triage incidents, and strengthen our security posture. You will work with cross-functional teams to detect and respond to threats in real time.

Responsibilities include analyzing phishing attempts, endpoint threats, cloud security events, and performing containment and remediation. You will document findings and help tune detection rules and automation initiatives.

• Analyse phishing attempts, endpoint threats, identity anomalies, and cloud security events.
• Perform incident investigation, containment, and remediation activities for security incidents.
• Correlate data from various sources to determine scope, impact, and root cause.
• Escalate high-severity incidents and collaborate with Incident Response, IT, and Security teams.
• Document investigations, findings, and response actions clearly and accurately.
• Tune detection rules to reduce false positives and improve alert quality.
• Contribute to security automation initiatives and continuous process improvements.
• Participate in incident response exercises and readiness activities.
