This senior-level position requires proven ERP LN technical experience, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a drive to improve system reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or comparable practical experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Infor ERP LN in technical implementation, administration, or advanced system support capacity.
• Completion of at least 2 full implementation cycles.
• Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix and Oracle databases.
• Experience with scripting, automation, or DevOps-related practices is a plus.

Senior Infor LN Technical Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Infor LN (Baan) Technical Specialist to help support, stabilize, and continuously enhance our global enterprise application environment, with a primary focus on Infor ERP LN and its related technical ecosystem.

Important Note

This is a senior-level technical specialist role. We are specifically looking for candidates with proven Infor ERP LN technical experience and hands‑on involvement across at least 2 full implementation cycles. Candidates without relevant ERP LN technical background are unlikely to be a fit for this position.

Job Responsibilities

Own and support critical ERP capabilities

• Take technical ownership of assigned areas within Infor ERP LN and related platforms
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system, technical, and performance issues
• Lead root cause analysis and drive sustainable, long‑term solutions
• Help ensure system stability, reliability, and operational readiness
• Strengthen monitoring, alerting, and support processes to improve overall service quality

Provide deep technical ERP LN expertise

• Support and maintain the Infor ERP LN technical environment
• Contribute expert input to technical administration, system health, and platform performance
• Support integrations and collaborate across Development, Infrastructure, and Integration teams to improve end‑to‑end solutions
• Provide technical leadership during system changes, enhancements, upgrades, and project initiatives
• Support key technical programs, including major upgrade and improvement activities

Drive continuous improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline support, improve reliability, and reduce recurring issues
• Contribute to automation and smarter ways of working across technical support activities
• Explore the practical use of modern technologies, including AI‑enabled capabilities, to improve efficiency and support effectiveness

Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable practical experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with Infor ERP LN in a technical implementation, technical administration, or advanced system support capacity, supporting technical changes, upgrades, integrations, and performance-related activities
• Completion of at least 2 full implementation cycles
• Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix and Oracle databases is strongly preferred
• Experience with scripting, automation, or DevOps-related practices is a plus

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with the ability to independently move issues through to resolution
• Comfort working in a global, cross‑functional environment with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Interest in continuous improvement, automation, and practical applications of AI‑supported tools
• Familiarity with ITIL or structured support environments is an advantage

Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is Ft14,254,900.00 – Ft24,233,300.00 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between Ft16,800,000.00 and Ft20,400,000.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short‑term incentive.
