Cleo is hiring in Bengaluru to join our AI-native supply chain platform. As an EDI & Integration Engineer, you will design, configure, and deploy end-to-end EDI/integration solutions for enterprise customers, including API and legacy interfaces.

You’ll support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and grow toward Solution Architect responsibilities. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of EDI experience, strong customer-facing skills, and familiarity with ERP integrations (SAP preferred) within the supply chain

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech with 2–4 years of EDI, B2B integration, or middleware experience.
• Knowledge of ANSI X12, EDIFACT, AS2, SFTP, APIs, and ERP integrations (SAP preferred).
• Experience with BPS, data mapping, REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and UAT.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing implementation skills.
• Supply chain domain, legacy B2B tools, or AI tool experience is a plus.

The Opportunity

• Understand customer requirements and propose solutions by SA.

What You'll Do

• Configure EDI, API, and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, VAN).
• Build, test, and troubleshoot business processes, ERP integrations, and data mappings.
• Implement REST/SOAP APIs with OAuth and security controls.
• Support customer workshops, UAT, and issue resolution.
• Apply performance, security, and implementation best practices.

What You Bring

Required

• B.E./B.Tech with 2–4 years of EDI, B2B integration, or middleware experience.
• Knowledge of ANSI X12, EDIFACT, AS2, SFTP, APIs, and ERP integrations (SAP preferred).
• Experience with BPS, data mapping, REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and UAT.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing implementation skills.
• Supply chain domain, legacy B2B tools, or AI tool experience is a plus.

Preferred

• Experience with supply chain domains: retail, grocery, 3PL/logistics, or manufacturing
• Prior exposure to legacy B2B tools (Sterling, Gentran, OpenText) — helpful for migration projects
• Familiarity with AI tools for documentation, analysis, or delivery acceleration
