Job summary

AASNAA Engineers Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a Senior HVAC Estimation Engineer with a decade of experience to lead cost estimation and procurement for US-based projects.

You will review drawings, coordinate with vendors, prepare bid proposals, and support procurement, working with project managers and engineers to deliver accurate estimates for world-class developments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC estimation and purchasing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and project specifications.
• Experience with estimating tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs and tender documents; prepare HVAC cost estimates.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotations.
• Analyze project scope and develop accurate bid proposals.
• Maintain supplier/subcontractor logs and support procurement.
• Ensure estimates align with project requirements and follow up bids.
• Prepare RFQs and follow up with vendors.
• Quantity take-off for dampers and equipment.
• Maintain bidding and purchasing logs.

Job Title: Senior HVAC Estimation Engineer

AASNAA Engineers Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Estimation Engineer to join our growing team in Hyderabad, India.

The role involves estimating and procurement for HVAC contracting projects for USA-based building construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and vendors to prepare accurate estimates and support project bidding.

We are the dedicated engineering support partner for NewYork Based Contracting Company, handling $500M+ contracts in cutting-edge, high-profile developments.
You'll join our growing Engineering Support Team in Hyderabad, India where your expertise will make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents
  Prepare cost estimates for HVAC systems including ducting, piping, and equipment
  Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotations and pricing
  Analyze project scope and develop accurate bid proposals
  Maintain a database of suppliers, subcontractors, and project estimates
  Support procurement activities and ensure competitive pricing
  Work with project teams to ensure estimates align with project requirements
  Follow up on submitted bids and assist in closing projects
• Preparing and sending RFQs, and following up with vendors
• Quantity take-off for dampers, air outlets, and equipment
• Maintaining and updating logs for bidding and purchase activities

And other activities in the Estimation & Purchasing department.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC estimation and purchasing
  Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and construction projects
  Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and project specifications
  Experience with estimating tools and Microsoft Excel
  Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
