Job summary

ZS is seeking a Senior Human Resources Associate - Talent Acquisition for Enterprise to hire talent across Software Eng, Data & Analytics, Cloud, Security, AI/ML and Digital Transformation. You will source, screen, and close candidates while coordinating with hiring managers and recruiters across offices.

You will drive interviewing processes, design recruitment strategies, and provide consultative guidance to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with strong academic record; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant recruiting experience; tech/analytics/digital/engineering roles preferred.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management; strong stakeholder management.
• Understanding of technology hiring landscapes and emerging skill areas (Cloud, Data Eng, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Software Dev).
• A team player with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven collaborative skills with value-added consultative service.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience using ATS, sourcing tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Source, pre-screen and attract/close candidates for experienced hiring across Enterprise Tech (Software Eng, Data & Analytics, Cloud, Security, AI/ML, Digital Transformation).
• Manage requisitions in the ATS per best practices.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to plan sourcing strategy and interview processes; consult on recruiting for tech and business roles.
• Provide consultative talent acquisition guidance to senior leadership and align with key company goals.
• Build a network of candidates through market research, talent mapping and relationship building.
• Report activity and pipeline metrics to stakeholders.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate evaluations, including technical interviews.
• Collect feedback for process improvement.
• Lead knowledge-sharing on recruiting best practices and tech hiring trends.
• Design and implement new ideas around talent acquisition and automation.
• Partner with teams to understand evolving tech skill requirements.
• Support other recruiting projects and initiatives.

What you'll do: Senior Human Resources Associate - Talent Acquisition in Enterprise will be responsible for hiring talent through creative sourcing, coordinating the resume review and interview process and working collaboratively across offices with hiring managers and recruiters.

• Source, pre-screen and attract/close candidates for experienced hiring opportunities across Enterprise Technology functions, including Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, Cloud, Security, AI/ML and Digital Transformation
• Manage requisitions in the applicant tracking system in accordance with best practice guidelines
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to plan and execute sourcing strategy, design interview process (if necessary) and consult on recruiting process for technical and business roles
• Provide consultative talent acquisition guidance to senior leadership and ensure alignment to key company goals/initiatives
• Build network of potential candidates through continuous market research, technology talent mapping and ongoing relationship building
• Collect and report activity and results to key stakeholders and peers, including pipeline health and hiring metrics
• Manage interview scheduling and logistics, including candidate evaluations and technical interview coordination
• Collect feedback from internal stakeholders, interviewers and new hires for process improvement
• Lead team knowledge-sharing and skill-building activities focused on recruiting best practices and technology hiring trends
• Design and implement new and creative ideas around talent acquisition, candidate experience, interview process and recruiting automation
• Partner with hiring teams to understand evolving technology skill requirements and market dynamics
• Support other recruiting projects and initiatives

What you'll bring

• BS/BA degree with strong record of academic achievement required, advanced degree preferred
• 4+ years of relevant recruiting experience required; experience hiring for technology, analytics, digital, engineering or professional services roles preferred
• Ability to communicate and establish relationships with all levels of management and employees; strong stakeholder management
• Understanding of technology hiring landscapes and emerging skill areas such as Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity or Software Development is preferred
