Role & responsibilities

• Lead client engagement and ensure successful delivery of HR consulting projects with high service standards.
• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior leaders, aligning HR strategies with client business objectives.
• Provide expertise in Talent Advisory, workforce planning, compensation & benefits, performance management, OD, and employee relations.
• Drive employee engagement, change management, cultural transformation, and leadership development initiatives.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities; support business development and proposal creation.
• Guide and approve personnel actions including performance improvement, compensation, and classification changes.
• Conduct needs analysis and design targeted training & development programs for clients.
• Implement process improvements to optimize HR operations, policies, and service delivery.
• Lead cross-functional HR projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable business impact.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team at our Delhi location. Candidates with strong understanding of PMS frameworks and implementation along with qualities to work as a strategic HR partner for our clients are preferred. Strictly looking for candidates based in Delhi NCR and Gurgaon.
