Job summary

Voy India is building the founding HR team to scale a fast-growing health-tech platform. We’re seeking a well-rounded HR professional who can think strategically and execute quickly, empathetically across onboarding, performance, policies, and compliance.

You will set up Voy India’s HR tools and processes from scratch, manage end-to-end operations, payroll coordination, and partner with leaders on workforce planning, learning, and development, with a strong emphasis on employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years of experience across HR Generalist / HRBP / HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes, employee relations, and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication and ability to partner with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, exits, and HR documentation.
• Manage performance management, appraisals, and goal-setting processes.
• Handle payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR MIS.
• Partner with business leaders on people-related matters and workforce planning.
• Identify training and development needs and drive L&D initiatives.
• Ensure a positive employee experience across the complete employee lifecycle.

The role offers an opportunity to join the founding team of Voy India (formerly Earlyfit) in building 1-10. We’re scaling aggressively with the full backing of a tech, clinical and patient ops powerhouse that has 7+ years’ experience serving 2 million+ customers globally across not just weight loss but also hair loss, TRT, HRT, dermatology and more.

About the Role

We are looking a well-rounded, experienced HR professional who can think strategically and execute quickly, seamlessly, empathetically. This role would drive employee lifecycle management from engagement to performance, policies, and compliance and set up Voy India’s HR tools, processes and mechanisms from scratch. This role is high-growth and rewarding for someone looking to join an early-stage founding team.
