Ryan LLC seeks a Senior Analyst, HRIS to design, support, and maintain HRIS platforms, including integrations and data integrity. You will partner with functional experts, analyze data flows, and implement process improvements across People Technology systems.
The role involves system design, configuration, testing, reporting, and small-to-midscale People Group projects. Strong Workday experience and data analytics are highly preferred.
The Senior Analyst, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), is primarily responsible for designing, supporting, and maintaining assigned Human Resources Information Systems, including inbound and outbound integrations.
This individual serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts in maintaining data integrity and improving efficiency.
The Senior Analyst analyzes data flows, identifies process improvement opportunities, administers and maintains systems, evaluates functionality, supports system design and configuration, tests changes, writes reports, and develops integrations between internal and external systems.
This position also supports system release testing and manages small to midsize People Group projects.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Standard indoor office environment. Long periods of sitting while working at a computer. Occasional long periods of standing. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds. Regular interaction with employees and vendors in person and by email and telephone. Independent travel of less than 10%.
