Qualifications

  • MBA required.
  • Engineering degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • 5–8 years in Talent Management, Talent Development, Learning & Development, Organization Development, or related HR roles.
  • Experience in succession planning, talent reviews, competency frameworks, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management and talent assessment tools.

Responsibilities

  • Institutionalize OKRs across the organization and program-manage these principles to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring talent initiatives are aligned with business strategy and objectives.
  • Conduct surveys and interviews to assess HR capability, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
  • Identify SKAs for each role and build progressive career pathways.
  • Facilitate Talent Reviews and governance frameworks for talent management initiatives.
  • Evaluate competency frameworks and develop a Learning & Development ecosystem.
  • Drive 9-Box Talent Reviews, identify HiPo employees, and build succession plans for critical positions.
  • Design and implement talent lifecycle programs from onboarding through 30-60-90-day development plans.
  • Develop technical and leadership career pathways and implement initiatives to improve retention and career growth.
  • Analyze attrition trends and recommend retention, recognition, and development programs.
  • Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and create targeted development interventions.
  • Support leadership development and organizational capability-building initiatives.
  • Develop employee engagement surveys and focus groups to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate Employee Wellness and Engagement calendars and ensure successful execution of planned activities.
  • Facilitate Talent Council discussions and ERG initiatives to drive inclusion.
  • Partner with leadership to strengthen employee experience and culture.
  • Develop and implement employee recognition programs and measure engagement metrics.

Job Description

Talent Development (70%)

  • Institutionalize OKRs across the organization and program-manage these principles to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring talent initiatives are aligned with business strategy and objectives.
  • Conduct surveys and semi-structured interviews with key employees to assess HR capability, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
  • Identify the Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities (SKAs) required for each role and build progressive career pathways.
  • Facilitate Talent Reviews and establish governance frameworks to ensure effective execution of talent management initiatives.
  • Evaluate existing competency frameworks and develop a comprehensive Learning & Development ecosystem to support current and future business needs.
  • Drive Quarterly 9-Box Talent Reviews, identify High-Potential (HiPo) employees, and build succession plans for critical positions.
  • Design and implement talent lifecycle programs from onboarding through 30-60-90-day development plans, linking employee goals to business objectives.
  • Develop technical and leadership career pathways and implement initiatives to improve employee retention and career growth.
  • Analyze attrition trends and proactively recommend retention, recognition, and development programs.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and create targeted development interventions.
  • Support leadership development and organizational capability-building initiatives.

Talent Engagement (30%)

  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and focus groups to gather insights and recommend actions for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and drive Employee Wellness and Engagement calendars, ensuring successful execution of planned activities.
  • Facilitate Talent Council discussions and Employee Resource Group (ERG) initiatives to drive employee participation and inclusion.
  • Partner with leadership teams to strengthen employee experience and organizational culture.
  • Develop and implement employee recognition and engagement programs.
  • Track engagement metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
  • MBA from a reputed institution (Mandatory).
  • Engineering Graduate preferred (Not Mandatory).
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, Learning & Development, Organization Development, or related HR roles.
  • Experience in succession planning, talent reviews, competency frameworks, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management and talent assessment tools.

Preferred

  • Certifications in HR Analytics, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or Advanced Excel.
  • Experience working in a Global Capability Centre (GCC) or Shared Services environment.
  • Exposure to HR analytics, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
