Job summary

TJX Companies in Hyderabad is seeking a Sr HR Operations Executive to lead HR operations, manage onboarding/offboarding, time & attendance, payroll inquiries, and HR processes ensuring an efficient associate experience.

You will handle documentation for new joiners, issue letters, manage MIS reports, and ensure compliance with labor laws while coordinating with payroll and vendor payroll. The role emphasizes data accuracy and timely delivery.

• Leave and attendance management.
• Employee database maintenance and HR records management.
• Payroll management and resolving payroll enquiries.
• Process full and final settlements with inputs to payroll.
• Manage bonus, compensation, reimbursements, and referrals.
• Medical/health insurance management.
• Ensure exit formalities are completed per process.
• Publish HR MIS reports and maintain data accuracy.
• Handle vendor payroll and support associates’ inquiries.

Summary

Job Description: As Sr HR operations Executive in our Hyderabad office, responsible for managing the HR Operations function and delivery of Key HR operations deliverables, overseeing, managing the successful execution of HR processes, HR metrics, compliance, onboarding/offboarding and technologies to drive an efficient and optimal associate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the key HR functions including pre-boarding, onboarding, time & attendance, and offboarding of associates.
• Documentation of new joiners as per internal and statutory requirements
• Onboarding and Orientation: Assist in the onboarding process of new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience and Conduct orientation sessions
• Prepare & issue Appointments, Confirmation, Promotions & other letters to employees as applicable.
• Leave & Attendance Management
• Employee database management and Maintenance of the HR records and systems
• Payroll Management/ Resolving payroll enquiries in a professional manner.
• Process the full & final settlement of exited employees by providing inputs to the payroll team.
• Bonus/Compensation Management/Reimbursement/Employee Referral Payments.
• Medical insurance/ Health insurance management.
• Ensure all exit formalities are completed by all concerned parties as per the laid down process.
• Strong knowledge in data management
• Prepare, update & periodically publish HR MIS Reports
• Ensure timely deliverables are met with accuracy as metrics.
• Should have experience in handling vendor payroll and have ability to handle the payroll by self.
• Associate Support: Be the first point of contact for Associate inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to various HR-related questions and concerns.

Skills/Knowledge

• Written and Verbal Communication Skills clear concise actionable messaging, presentation skills.
• Exposure to renowned payroll software or HRMS software, should be able to handle things manually.
• Have clear logical thinking and paying attention to details.
• Passion for continuous process improvement and simplification of routine deliverables

• Knowledge of employment legislation, labor laws, labor codes and regulations
