Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Guidewire ClaimCenter Integration QA Engineer to join our QA team. You will own integration testing, API validation, and test automation for Claims processes in a dynamic insurance domain.

You will design and execute test cases for Guidewire integrations, validate REST/SOAP APIs, develop automation with Selenium and Java, and collaborate in Agile sprints while tracking defects in Jira.

Qualifications

• 6+ years QA experience with 4+ years in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Strong knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter integrations and claims lifecycle.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, JSON/XML, Kafka/MQ, and middleware testing.
• Proficiency in Selenium, Java, Postman, SoapUI/ReadyAPI, SQL, and Jenkins.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases for Guidewire ClaimCenter integrations and end-to-end business processes.
• Validate REST/SOAP APIs, middleware integrations, batch jobs, and data flows.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and backend testing using SQL.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium, Java, and API testing tools.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners in Agile environments.
• Track, analyze, and manage defects using Jira or similar tools.
• Support CI/CD testing, release validation, and production deployments.
