Job summary

Deloitte US-India Offices is seeking an experienced testing lead to drive functional testing for large-scale enterprise applications in Hyderabad. The role requires coordinating with BAs and functional teams, defining test strategies, and mentoring a testing team.

You will develop test scenarios, data, and regression suites, establish quality standards, and advance test automation with tools like Postman, SOAP UI, and UFT. Strong SQL and Agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in functional testing and QA.
• 3+ years testing Guidewire PolicyCenter/BillingCenter/ClaimCenter.
• Insurance domain knowledge.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Experience leading testing teams.
• Strong experience creating test strategy, plans, frameworks, scenarios and regression suites.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database validation.
• Experience with API/Web Services testing using Postman, SOAP UI, or UFT.
• Experience with defect/test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, Bugzilla, or similar tools.
• Exposure to automation frameworks and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Bitbucket is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc (CS) educational background preferred.

• Perform defect analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause identification.
