Job description

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 8-10 highly skilled software engineers in the Platform R&D department in an agile setup.

• Drive the team to meet all business results, including delivering new software features, enabling new hardware support, sustaining ongoing research, and assisting the support team with critical customer issues.
• Manage continuous delivery of projects by setting schedules through direct ownership and delegation to team members.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer success.
• Interact with technical leaders, managers, and product managers to define, direct, and complete the evolution of software and hardware strategy.
• Mentor, develop, and grow the career of team members.
• Effectively communicate with all product‑line collaborators, including upper management.

You are a self‑driven leader who shows tremendous initiative and handles ambiguity gracefully. You possess strong leadership skills and have a consistent track record of developing and implementing strategies that achieve organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech./MCA in Computer Science, Electronics and Communications
• 12+ years of industry experience
• Prior experience managing a team
• Demonstrated understanding of the following technologies:
• Hands‑on experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core
• Object‑Oriented Programming
• Design Principles
• Software Architecture
• Agile project management
• Experience with C++ and Linux development is a plus
• Experience leading the team to deliver project specifications and deadlines
