Job summary

Odigma is seeking a dynamic Creative Lead to turn ideas into compelling visuals and video content in Bengaluru. You will lead a design team, own creative direction, and ensure high-quality outputs across social, digital ads, and campaigns.

The role combines strong design fundamentals with hands-on video editing and the ability to guide a creative team to push boundaries and maintain brand consistency. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and creative team management.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Able to translate briefs into compelling visuals and guide a team to deliver on brand objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for social media campaigns, digital ads, brand communication, and client pitches.
• Take a hands-on approach to video editing, motion graphics, animations, and other multimedia content.
• Work extensively with Adobe tools, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Translate creative briefs and brand objectives into engaging visual and video content.

From social media creatives and campaign visuals to motion graphics and video content, you'll be responsible for maintaining creative quality, pushing boundaries, and ensuring every output meets the brief.
