Job summary

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a Senior Associate - Studio Services to craft visuals for mailers, campaigns, PPTs, posters, and digital content. You will use Adobe Captivate to build learning modules and ensure visuals align with written content and brand guidelines.

You should have 4–7 years of graphic and PPT design experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, and strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders. Prior video editing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts.
• Proven experience in a creative agency/communications/design team of a large organization.
• Experience with PPT design and graphic design in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizing visual stories for mailers, campaigns, PPTs, posters, reports, brochures, logos, newsletters, HTML mailers, videos and branding materials.
• Designing learning modules using Adobe Captivate.
• Integrating visuals with written content for clear messaging.
• Researching industry trends in data visualization and visual storytelling.
• Incorporating stakeholder feedback to improve visuals.
• Managing multiple design projects and deadlines effectively.
• Ensuring brand guidelines and templates are followed across materials.
• Creating internal and external visuals for leadership updates and social media.

JOB PURPOSE

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking for a Senior Associate - Studio Services

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Conceptualizing Visual Stories: Visualization and design of mailers, campaigns, PPT presentations, posters, reports, brochures, logos, online newsletters, html mailers, videos and other branding and communication materials
• Designing learning modules: Using Adobe Captivate to create learning modules
• Content Visualization: Integrate visuals seamlessly with written content.
• Research: Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and visual storytelling.
• Feedback Incorporation: Gathering feedback from stakeholders and incorporating revisions to improve the impact of visuals.
• Project Management: Managing multiple projects, and deadlines effectively.
• Quality Control: Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output in all visual materials.
• Meeting stakeholders to understand project requirements and coming up with a design brief that matches the business need
• Act as the custodian of the corporate brand, ensuring all guidelines, style guides, and template used are correct and aligned
• Create internal as well as external (social/digital) designs for business/leader updates/stories .

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts
• Proven experience in a creative agency/communications/design team of a large organization

EXPERIENCE

• 4-7 Years of experience in graphic and PPT design
• Experience in Adobe Captivate is a must
• Hands on experience in video editing is a huge plus

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Proven PPT and graphic designing experience and ability to work with a wide range of media.
• Strong knowledge in design software and technologies (such as MS PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects etc)
• Proven graphic designing experience and ability to work with a wide range of media
• Hands‑on knowledge of Adobe Captivate to create learning modules is a must
• Keen eye for aesthetics and detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
