STAYBUCKETLIST MEDIA is seeking an experienced graphic designer to lead design across hospitality, real estate, education, and political campaigns. You will craft social media assets, brand identities, and print collateral while guiding interns and ensuring brand consistency.

The role requires strong typography, layout skills, and the ability to design in English, Hindi, and Marathi. You will manage multiple brands from Thane area with fixed hours and a collaborative team.

Qualificações

• Proven portfolio across social media, branding and print.
• Agency background preferred.
• Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• After Effects or motion graphics skills are a plus.
• Comfort using AI image tools in the design workflow.
• Strong sense of typography, layout and colour; ability to design in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Ability to manage several brands and meet deadlines.
• Experience guiding juniors or interns preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, ad campaigns, carousels, reel covers and stories for multiple brands
• Create brand identities, logos, menus, brochures, hoardings and other print material
• Lead and review the work of design interns, keeping quality consistent across all brands
• Turn briefs from the content and strategy team into finished designs on tight deadlines
• Maintain brand guidelines and organised source files for every client
• Work with the video team on thumbnails, motion graphics and campaign assets
• Hold the creative quality bar for hospitality, real estate, education and political campaigns

Preferred candidate profile

• 47 years of graphic design experience, agency background preferred
• Strong portfolio covering social media, branding and print (portfolio link mandatory)
• Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• After Effects or motion graphics skills are a big plus
• Comfortable using AI image tools in the design workflow
• Strong sense of typography, layout and colour; able to design in English, Hindi and Marathi
• Can manage several brands at once and deliver on deadlines
• Experience guiding juniors or interns preferred
• Lives in or can commute easily to Thane (Thane, Mumbai suburbs, Navi Mumbai, Mira-Bhayandar)
