Job summary

Madtown Group in Visakhapatnam, India, seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual quality across client work. You will take briefs from idea to final output across social, digital, motion, and print, set the creative bar for the team, and mentor junior designers and interns.

You will turn loose briefs into strong concepts, defend design choices, and collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure high-impact campaigns across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in an advertising, branding, or marketing agency.
• A diverse portfolio demonstrating work across multiple brands, industries, and formats, including both static and motion design.
• Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; working knowledge of Figma.
• Hands-on After Effects for motion graphics.
• Solid grasp of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand identity.
• Understanding of print-ready file preparation.
• Comfortable giving and receiving direct creative feedback.
