Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience with print and digital portfolios.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign: Master Pages, Styles, GREP, Data Merge, Preflight.
• Strong proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Figma for collaborative digital design.
• Excellent English communication; ability to work with clients directly.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute briefs with minimal guidance.
• Develop concepts and deliver final artwork across print, digital, and social formats.
• Design brochures, sales collateral, pitch decks, banners, social creatives, and campaign assets.

Job Description – Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

Accel-digital is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our client-embedded creative team. In this role, you will work closely with client stakeholders, understand creative briefs, and independently deliver high-quality, production-ready designs across print, digital, and social media formats.

The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Adobe InDesign, with strong skills in Illustrator and Photoshop. This is an autonomous role where attention to detail, production knowledge, and the ability to work directly with clients are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and execute written and verbal creative briefs with minimal guidance.
• Develop concepts and deliver final artwork across print, digital, and social media formats.
• Design brochures, sales collateral, pitch decks, banners, social media creatives, and campaign assets.
• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files with correct bleed, safe zones, color profiles, resolution, fonts, and linked assets.
• Manage design revisions, track feedback, maintain version control, and ensure all comments are addressed.
• Maintain consistency with the client's brand guidelines, including typography, colors, grids, and overall visual identity.
• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders, copywriters, marketing teams, and print vendors.
• Perform thorough quality checks for spelling, alignment, specifications, file naming, and export settings before delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet committed deadlines.
• Proactively communicate project status, timelines, and potential blockers.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio covering print and digital design.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, including:
• Master Pages
• Paragraph & Character Styles
• GREP Styles
• Tables
• Data Merge
• Preflight
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Figma for collaborative digital design.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, grid systems, and color theory.
• Excellent understanding of print production and pre-press requirements.
• Knowledge of CMYK, RGB, Pantone, spot colors, and color profiles.
• Experience with preflight, packaging, and print vendor handoff.
• Knowledge of PDF/X-1a and PDF/X-4 export standards.
• Good understanding of image resolution, DPI, and asset optimization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and directly with client teams.

Good to Have

• Motion graphics or animation skills.
• Experience in ad-tech, publishing, or media-agency environments.
• Experience designing programmatic advertising assets, including IAB-standard and HTML5 banners.
• Presentation design experience for pitch decks and sales enablement materials.
