Work Mode: Hybrid – Work from Home on Tuesdays & Thursdays

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day working week)

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at PC Studios.

The role is primarily focused on creating engaging social media content for a diverse portfolio of brands, particularly across the F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, and interior design sectors.

This is a design-led, execution-focused role. You will work closely with account managers, marketing managers, and marketing executives who will lead content planning, campaign ideation, and strategy. Your responsibility will be to translate these briefs into compelling, high-quality visual content.

We’re looking for someone with a strong visual sensibility, an understanding of social media trends, and the ability to independently manage the design requirements of multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media content, including static posts, carousels, stories, and campaign creatives.
• Create and edit short-form video content, including Instagram Reels and other social-first videos.
• Translate creative briefs and content plans provided by the marketing team into polished visual assets.
• Develop visually consistent content that aligns with each brand’s identity and communication style.
• Independently manage the design and editing requirements of 3–4 social media accounts.
• Collaborate with account managers and marketing teams to ensure timely execution of content calendars.
• Adapt designs across various digital formats and platforms.
• Stay updated with evolving design trends, social media formats, and creative techniques.
• Manage timelines, prioritise deliverables, and ensure quality without constant supervision.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably at a creative or social media agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent software.
• A good understanding of typography, layouts, composition, and visual storytelling.
• The ability to work across different brand aesthetics and maintain consistency.
• Someone who is proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Bonus Skills

• Motion graphics and basic animation.
• Experience with AI-assisted creative and video editing tools.
• Experience developing social media visual identities and content templates.
• Basic photography, colour grading, or image retouching skills.
