Job summary

Inkling & Co. is seeking a designer proficient in AI-assisted graphic design to craft digital marketing assets for web, email, social, and campaigns.

You will collaborate with product and operations teams to deliver production-ready visuals across packaging and launches, while maintaining Inkling’s visual identity and integrating AI workflows. The role demands strong project management to handle multiple projects, coordinate with printers and vendors, and stay ahead of emerging AI design tools

Qualifications

• Experience designing digital marketing creatives across web, email and social media.
• Ability to translate briefs into visually strong assets.
• Familiarity with production-ready artwork and dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Design Meta ads, social media creatives and campaign assets.
• Create creatives for product launches, offers and seasonal campaigns.
• Design website, email, WhatsApp and other digital marketing assets.
• Develop creative concepts, layouts and visual directions for campaigns.
• Maintain consistency across Inkling's visual identity.
• Work with performance marketing team to develop and test new creative formats.
• Create design templates and systems to improve speed and consistency.
• Work closely with Product Team on graphic requirements for products.
• Create artwork, illustrations, patterns and visual elements required for products.
• Design product packaging, inserts, instruction cards, labels and other physical assets.
• Translate product concepts into visually appealing customer-facing designs.
• Adapt artwork across different products, sizes and formats.
• Work with Product and Operations teams to ensure designs are production-ready.
• Strong knowledge and practical use of AI tools for design is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
• Use AI tools to generate concepts, references, compositions, illustrations and design directions.
• Use AI to accelerate the design process while maintaining a high-quality final output.
• Experiment with new AI design and image-generation tools.
• Combine AI-generated assets with traditional design tools to create original, production-ready work.
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools and workflows relevant to graphic design.
• Work directly with the founders and product/marketing teams to understand briefs.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Coordinate with printers, manufacturers, photographers and other creative vendors when required.
• Ensure all final artwork meets technical and production requirements.
