Job summary

Bright Money AI is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join the marketing design team in Bengaluru. You will shape how Bright is seen as we grow into an AI-first consumer fintech, collaborating with Marketing, Growth, Brand, and HR to produce creatives for digital channels.

You’ll bring 3+ years of design experience, a strong portfolio, and advanced skills in Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop, plus hands-on AI tools experience.

Senior Graphic Designer

3 to 4 years experience

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join the Bright marketing design team. You’ll help shape how the world sees Bright as we grow into an AI-first consumer fintech. You’ll work with Marketing, Growth, and Brand, and HR to produce creatives across our digital channels: performance ads, website, social media, mailers and app campaigns. You’ll join a fast-paced team of passionate people and become a keeper of our visual identity.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality digital assets for every function in the company, including growth marketing, social media, email, CRM, leadership and HR.

• Own the full creative process, from brief and concept to final delivery, across a wide range of use cases.

• Design investor and leadership presentations, landing pages, and graphics for blogs, newsletters and other marketing work.

• Bring our AI products, including Beamy, our AI money assistant, to life through visuals storytelling.

• Apply our brand guidelines consistently across all media, and help evolve the brand as the product grows.

• Iterate quickly on feedback from the wider team.

• Use AI design tools to speed up exploration and production, without lowering the quality bar.

• Keep design files, assets and templates organized so the team can reuse them easily.

What you’ll bring

• 3 or more years of design experience, with a strong portfolio of brand and marketing work

• A design-driven, strategy-led approach to visual concepts.

• A strong command of shape, color and typography, and a clear sense of how to apply them.

• Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Hands-on experience with AI image and video tools (Magnifik, Claude,etc)..

• A sharp eye for detail and aesthetics.

• A habit of researching best practices and sources of inspiration.

• Clear communication and the ability to explain your design choices.

• An organized way of working, and a track record of meeting deadlines.

• A degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus.
