Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Senior Grafana Engineer to drive enterprise observability platform engineering, migrating to Grafana Cloud, adopting OpenTelemetry, and building automated, scalable monitoring across AWS and hybrid environments.

You will design dashboards, alerts, SLIs/SLOs, and provide production readiness support, incident management, and operational excellence while creating reusable templates and runbooks for the team.

Qualifications

• Senior Grafana Engineer responsible for enterprise observability platform engineering.
• Experience migrating to Grafana Cloud and adopting OpenTelemetry.
• Design and implement dashboards, alerts, SLIs/SLOs and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Grafana Cloud platform engineering and migration from New Relic.

Senior Grafana Engineer responsible for enterprise observability platform engineering, Grafana Cloud migration, OpenTelemetry adoption, automation, integrations, production support, and operational excellence across AWS and hybrid environments.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead Grafana Cloud platform engineering and migration from New Relic.
