Job summary

Master Mind Consultancy seeks an experienced GIS professional to design, develop, and maintain ESRI ArcGIS databases for offshore subsea operations and onshore facilities. You will manage a Subsea GIS portal, create spatial visualizations, and integrate GIS with enterprise systems in a cloud environment.

Responsibilities include automating workflows with Python, ArcGIS REST API, and Databricks, while ensuring data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in GIS, Geomatics, Geography, Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in GIS and web-based mapping, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Strong hands-on experience with ESRI ArcGIS, geospatial databases, and web GIS applications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, FME, and Databricks.
• Understanding of GIS data models, spatial analysis, data integration, and data quality management.
• Knowledge of offshore survey data, geodesy, coordinate systems, and projections is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile project delivery and workflow tools such as Visio, Miro, or Slack is an advantage.
