Job summary

DATAECONOMY Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior GenAI Platform Engineer to build and operate our enterprise AI agent platform. You will work hands-on, designing asynchronous orchestration, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent workflows on AWS.

You will contribute in architecture discussions, implement backend services in FastAPI, and ensure observability and reliability through code reviews and clear design docs.

Qualifications

• Expert Python programming.
• Strong experience with REST APIs (FastAPI preferred).
• Hands-on with LLMs and AWS Bedrock.
• Experience with Terraform and Docker in production.
• Knowledge of asynchronous/event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents and multi-agent workflows on AWS Bedrock.
• Design RAG pipelines and AI guardrails.
• Develop FastAPI backend services for agent submission and lifecycle management.
• Implement durable state stores and idempotent dispatching.

Job Title: Senior GenAI Platform Engineer Experience Level: 5 - 8 years Location: Hyderabad

Qualification: BTech/MTech/MCA Mode of Work: Hybrid

We're looking for a Senior GenAI Platform Engineer to buildand operate our enterprise AI agent platform — hands-on, in the code, everyday. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. You’lldesign and build durable asynchronous orchestration, RAG pipelines, and securemulti-agent workflows on AWS, working alongside a small team of peer engineers.You’ll participate in architecture discussions and code reviews as a strongtechnical contributor, not as a manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• BuildAI agents and multi-agent workflows using Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock Agents,AgentCore, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Designand implement RAG pipelines, prompt engineering strategies, and AIguardrails.
• Buildbackend services in FastAPI for agent submission, execution, lifecyclestate machines, and status tracking.
• Implementqueue-based dispatch and durable state stores, ensuring idempotency,retries, and failure recovery.
• WriteInfrastructure as Code (Terraform) to provision and manage agentinfrastructure on AWS.
• Integrateagents with vector databases, enterprise messaging systems, and internalworkflow tools.
• Instrumentservices for observability — structured logging, tracing, metrics.
• Participatein code reviews and architecture discussions as a peer contributor.
• Writeclear technical documentation (design docs, runbooks) for systems youbuild.

Requirements

• Expert-levelPython, with strong experience building REST APIs (FastAPI preferred).
• Hands-onexperience with LLMs, Amazon Bedrock (Agents & AgentCore), LangChain,LangGraph, RAG, and vector databases.
• Strongexperience with core AWS services: Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3,RDS/PostgreSQL.
• Workingproficiency in Terraform and Docker.
• Experiencewith CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).
• Solidunderstanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures(Kafka or SQS).
• Experiencewith modern authentication patterns (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT) and AWS IAM.
