Job summary

GlobalLogic Hyderabad is seeking a Technical Manager for GenAI & Agentic AI Platforms to lead end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge AI platforms. You will architect cloud-native data platforms on AWS/Azure, drive AI workloads, and ensure governance and security across HIPAA, SOC2, and GDPR contexts.

As a senior leader, you will build high-performing teams, implement Agile/DevOps, and partner with Product, Data Science, Security, and Platform teams to translate business needs into scalable AI

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Cloud, Data Engineering, and Platform Leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure (cloud-native architectures, networking, security, IAM, observability).
• Experience building and operating data platforms (SQL/NoSQL, OLTP, DWH, streaming) to support AI/ML workloads.
• Proven leadership in delivering AI-enabled platforms (LLM-backed applications, analytics, ML pipelines).
• Strong understanding of GenAI concepts: LLM integration, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience leading teams in Agile/DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, reliability engineering, and KPI-driven performance management.
• Deep knowledge of security, governance, compliance in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR).
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into scalable AI platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer and stakeholder feedback into continuous improvements in AI platforms, documentation, and developer enablement.
• Drive platform modernization, cloud migration, and adoption of emerging GenAI/Agentic AI technologies.

Good to Have

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar orchestration patterns).
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps: model lifecycle management, monitoring, evaluation, and cost governance.
• Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or other compliance-heavy domains.
• Experience running AI workloads on managed cloud data services and supporting enterprise AI adoption.
