Role: Engineering Lead

Description: We are looking for an Engineering Manager where you will lead delivery teams building cutting-edge backend and GenAI features and drive agile execution, ensure code quality, and collaborate with architects implementing GenAI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery across pods building scalable GenAI and API services
• Run standups, sprints, retrospectives, and Jira workflows
• Drive backend deployment, security reviews, and QA pipelines
• Coordinate integration of RAG APIs and vector DB pipelines
• Promote use of code quality agents and modern CI/CD practices

Must Have

Experience: 6–9 years

Cloud & Deployment:

• AWS (ECS, S3, CloudWatch), Azure, GCP
• AI Tools & Productivity Stack: GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer, Codiga, Jira

Security & Compliance:

• Access control, deployment integrity, secure endpoints, compliance awareness

Soft Skills:

• Mentor-first mindset, delivery-driven, team player, excellent communicator
