Job summary

LTM is seeking a Senior GenAI Solution Architect to drive end-to-end design across Oracle Fusion Cloud, OCI, and open-source AIRAG ecosystems. This leader shapes the GenAI strategy for a multi-year Oracle transformation program, guiding architecture development, orchestration, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions.

The role requires defining AI use cases, ensuring security and governance, and delivering scalable, cost-efficient AI workstreams with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise architecture including 3 years in AIML/GenAI.
• Strong Python engineering skills and understanding of AI model lifecycle and MLOps.
• Experience integrating AI systems with Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience building agentic systems, copilots and enterprise automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of GenAI solutions across Oracle Fusion OCI and opensource stacks.
• Design and orchestrate complex AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex and agent-driven architectures.
• Architect end-to-end RAG pipelines, copilots, AI agents, automation solutions and extension components.
• Provide architectural guidance for Fusion AI, OCI integrations, opensource LLM pipelines and fullstack AI applications.
• Define AI use cases, prioritize features and collaborate with engineering, product, finance and business stakeholders.
• Establish enterprise best practices for AI governance, model evaluation, prompt engineering, observability and lifecycle management.
• Oversee integration of Microsoft Copilot, embedded Fusion AI, OCI GenAI and third-party AI services.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, privacy, IAM/RBAC and auditing.
• Drive performance, cost optimization, scalability and reliability.
• Lead architecture reviews, code reviews and cloud deployment design.
• Produce architecture diagrams, standards, reference patterns and reusable components.

Required Skills Qualifications

5 years in enterprise architecture including 3 years in AIMLGenAI

• OCI GenAI Data Science Functions Integration
• Opensource LLMs Llama Mistral Mixtral Falcon etc
• RAG pipelines embeddings vector databases
• LangChain LangGraph LlamaIndex orchestration frameworks

Strong Python engineering skills and understanding of AI model lifecycle and MLOps

Experience integrating AI systems with Microsoft Copilot

Experience building agentic systems copilots and enterprise automation frameworks

Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience With Largescale ERP Migration Programs Oracle Preferred

Expertise in security risk controls and responsible AI governance
