Job summary

PVH Corp. is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst SAP MM with strong Fashion Management FMS experience to join the European SAP team. You will analyze complex topics, design sustainable solutions, and drive PVH’s transition toward S4HANA while optimizing fashion article master data and retail/wholesale processes.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams to improve the digital backbone for PVH’s fashion operations globally.

Qualifications

10 years of experience with SAP MM as a Functional Analyst or Consultant.
Strong experience with SAP Fashion Management FMS and/or S4HANA.
Experience with Article Master Data in fashion/retail.
Solid understanding of procurement, inventory management, and supply chain.
Experience in SAP ECC environments with exposure to S4HANA.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide senior functional expertise for SAP MM in FMS and S4HANA.
Analyze and resolve complex functional issues with sustainable solutions.
Design and implement functional changes and system enhancements.
Support Article Master Data processes across fashion-specific structures.
Ensure integration between article data, procurement, and inventory.
Contribute to SAP projects and PVH’s journey toward S4HANA.
Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (SD, FI, logistics).
Support testing activities including integration and user acceptance testing.
Partner with sourcing, merchandising and supply chain to improve processes.

We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst SAP MM with strong experience in SAP Fashion Management FMS to join our European SAP team.

In this role, you will act as a senior functional expert within the SAP MM domain, supporting the stability and continuous evolution of PVHs SAP landscape. You will play a key role in analyzing complex functional topics, designing sustainable solutions, and implementing system improvements that support PVHs supply chain and merchandising operations.

Working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams, you will contribute to change initiatives, system enhancements, and SAP transformation programs, including PVHs transition towards S4HANA. In addition, you will support the optimization of article master data and fashion-specific processes, which are critical to enabling PVHs retail and wholesale business across the globe.

You will work within a complex global SAP landscape supporting multiple brands, distribution centers, and retail and wholesale channels. The role provides exposure to the fashion-specific capabilities of SAP. As part of a global SAP organization, you will collaborate with colleagues across technology and business domains to continuously improve PVHs digital backbone for fashion operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide senior functional expertise for SAP MM within the SAP Fashion Management FMS and S4HANA environment
Analyze and resolve complex functional issues and identify sustainable solutions
Design and implement functional changes and system enhancements
Support and optimize Article Master Data processes, including fashion-specific article structures such as variants, seasons, and hierarchies
Ensure strong integration between article master data, procurement, and inventory management processes
Contribute to SAP projects and transformation initiatives, including PVHs journey towards S4HANA
Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams including SD, FI, and logistics
Support testing activities including integration testing and user acceptance testing
Partner with business stakeholders in sourcing, merchandising, and supply chain to continuously improve processes and system capabilities

Ideal candidate

10 years of experience working with SAP MM as a Functional Analyst or Consultant
Strong experience with SAP Fashion Management FMS andor S4HANA or SAP in the fashionretail industry
Experience with Article Master Data processes in a fashion or retail environment
Solid understanding of procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes
Experience working in SAP ECC environments with exposure to S4HANA
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
